How much Sugar is in Drinks?Did you know that there are 20 teaspoons of sugar in a 600ml bottle of fizzy drink? Great for schools, this A2 poster shows just how much sugar is in common drinks. Posters cost $3.00 each and are available in English and Māori from Community and Public Health, Canterbury District Health Board.
What to drink?This A4 poster was developed by nutrition and physical activity providers from across the South Island. It uses a traffic light system to explain what children can drink freely and what they should limit or avoid. The poster is based on the guidelines from the ANA Scientific Committee Report: Do sugary drinks contribute to obesity in children?.

Healthy Lunches Made EasyHealthy Lunches Made Easy is a visual resource produced by Community and Public Health, Christchurch that shows how to put together a child's lunch.
